By accessing or using WellRoot, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Services
WellRoot provides:
- Online ordering of medicines and health products for delivery within supported Kerala locations.
- Online booking of consultations with listed doctors.
- Account tools for orders, prescriptions, addresses, and bookings.
Availability of products, delivery slots, doctors, and consultation modes may vary by location and inventory.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate registration and contact details.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms under applicable Indian law.
4. Medicine orders & prescriptions
- Product listings, prices, and stock are subject to change and confirmation at fulfilment.
- Prescription medicines require a valid prescription before processing.
- WellRoot may reject or cancel orders that fail prescription, safety, or regulatory checks.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery addresses and pincodes.
5. Doctor consultations
- Consultations depend on doctor availability and selected time slots.
- Fees displayed at booking apply unless otherwise stated before payment confirmation.
- Consultations on WellRoot are not a substitute for emergency care. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
- Doctors provide clinical judgement independently; WellRoot does not practice medicine as a substitute clinician.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through authorised payment partners. By placing an order or booking, you authorise charges for the selected products/services, applicable delivery fees, and taxes. Refunds, if any, are handled according to order/booking status and applicable cancellation rules.
7. Cancellations & refunds
- Medicine order cancellations may be limited once packing or dispatch has started.
- Consultation cancellations/reschedules depend on slot status and doctor/platform policies.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform for unlawful purchase or distribution of medicines.
- Upload fake prescriptions or false information.
- Interfere with platform security, availability, or other users' access.
- Use WellRoot Assistant or support channels to seek emergency medical treatment online.
9. WellRoot Assistant
The in-app chatbot provides informational help for navigation, product discovery, and service questions. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed healthcare professional.
10. Intellectual property
WellRoot branding, site content, software, and product presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal non-commercial use of the service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellRoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, delays in delivery, third-party payment failures, or clinical outcomes of consultations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes & contact
